Risk disclosure

Last updated: 29 September 2026

TraderAI Assistant helps you learn and stick to your own plan, but it doesn't tell you what to buy or sell — the decisions and the risk of loss are yours alone.

1. What we are, and what we aren't

We are an educational and analytical tool: a journal, analysis of your own data, and help keeping to your own rules. Milo and the other AI features comment on what you enter — they don't give signals and don't trade for you.

In particular, Cogmedia Sp. z o.o.:

  • does not provide investment advice or produce investment recommendations within the meaning of the Polish Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, the MiFID II Directive and Article 3(1)(35) of the Market Abuse Regulation;
  • is not an investment firm supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), does not accept orders and does not hold your funds;
  • does not provide crypto-asset services within the meaning of the MiCA Regulation;
  • is not a registered investment adviser with the SEC or any U.S. state, is not a Commodity Trading Advisor registered with the CFTC, and is not a member of the NFA.

Nothing in the Service — not Milo's replies, the session plan, an analysis or a blog post — is personalised investment advice or an invitation to trade. The content does not take into account your financial situation, goals or risk tolerance. If you need advice, speak to a licensed adviser.

2. Trading risk

  • Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Leverage works both ways: a small price move can cause a loss greater than the margin you deposited.
  • Crypto-assets are highly volatile, can lose all their value, and investor protection for them can be limited — even under the EU MiCA Regulation.
  • Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Hypothetical and simulated results

In the Service you will see results that do not come from trading real money: demo accounts, paper trading in TradingView, plan simulations, tests on historical data (backtests) and Shadow Analysis, which assesses how a trade might have gone according to the rules.

Such results have inherent limitations. They are produced with the benefit of hindsight and do not fully account for slippage, liquidity, commissions or the psychological pressure of risking your own money. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown. There are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical and actual results.

4. Prop firm challenges

Prop firm accounts (e.g. Topstep) in the challenge or evaluation phase are usually simulated accounts, not live trading with real money. A challenge result is not a live trading result and does not mean you will achieve a similar result on an account with real money. The rules and payouts are set by the firm, not by us.

5. AI can be wrong

AI-generated content can contain errors — including about prices, levels and market facts. Treat it as input to think about, not as an oracle. Check it before you base a decision on it.

6. Disclaimers — full wording

Disclaimer: Content published on TraderAI Assistant — including Milo's replies, analyses, session plans, Academy materials, blog and social media posts — is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not investment, financial or trading advice, not an investment recommendation, and not information recommending or suggesting an investment strategy within the meaning of Article 3(1)(34) and (35) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/958. It is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You make your own trading decisions at your own risk. Cogmedia Sp. z o.o. is not liable for any decisions made on the basis of this content. Trading futures, leveraged products and crypto-assets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor; you may lose more than your initial deposit. Past and simulated performance is not indicative of future results.

Hypothetical results (as required by the U.S. CFTC, 17 CFR 4.41):

These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.
