4.1. The Service offers four paid subscription plans (the Service does not offer a free plan — access to the Service's features requires an active, paid subscription):
- Basic— the starter plan: unlimited journal, AI Mentor (50 analyses per day), Academy, weekly reports.
- Pro— unlimited trading journal, full AI analysis, consistency monitoring, and access to all courses.
- Deep Mentor— all Pro features plus priority support, advanced AI reports, voice notes for analyses, and Deep Mentor (Deep Mentor's Mind — an understanding of the trader built over time, a daily deep analysis of the day, psychoeducational frameworks). The Deep Mentor plan requires the User to provide their own Anthropic API key — the User bears the cost of using that key (typically $60–120/month) directly to Anthropic, independently of the Deep Mentor plan fee.
- Enterprise— all Deep Mentor features without limits, intended for trading teams and firms, with dedicated onboarding and support. The price and detailed terms of this plan are set individually in contact with the Operator (via the contact form on the website).
4.2. Fees for the selected plan are charged in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or annual) at the moment the plan is selected — the Service does not offer a trial period. Detailed prices are available on the pricing page.
4.3. The User may change or cancel their subscription at any time via the billing management panel. Cancelling a subscription means access to the Service's features remains active until the end of the paid billing period, after which it is blocked until a new plan is selected.
4.4. The Operator does not offer refunds for an unused portion of the subscription period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4.5. Waiver of the right of withdrawal. The services provided within the Service constitute digital services within the meaning of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, and their performance begins immediately after the User makes payment. Pursuant to Article 38(13) of the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, a User who is a consumer, by consenting to the digital service starting before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledging the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, loses the right to withdraw from the contract from the moment the Operator begins providing the service. This does not limit the User's right to cancel the subscription for the future in accordance with clause 4.3 of these Terms — however, cancellation does not result in a refund of fees already charged for the current billing period.
